We have an exciting opening with a small but growning Company located in Massachusetts that is looking for a Director Product Marketing. They want someone that has considerable experience in Composites or Materials industry. They need someone to come in to identify the marketst they are in, determine if the Company should stay in those markets and grow them, identify other markets that they should be in and work with Engineering and Manufacturing to get their products into those markets.  Responsible for insuring that Engineering and protype manufacturing efforts develop and meet product schedules within budgets and with customers specifications. Would provide the appropriate market analysis to support and/or justify markets.
Education: MS Engineering in Composites or Materials (would consider others) and would like a PhD.  8-12 years experience in Composite/Materials engineering and development.
Salary: $110-$140K.
